# Neos Meet > Free scheduling links, conflict-checked against Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 — for you, or one shared link for a team. Canonical HTML page: https://meet.neos.network/ ## What it is Neos Meet is a meeting scheduler for teams: one shared booking link for the whole group, with round-robin and collective scheduling, conflict-checked against every host's Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 mailbox. You connect a calendar and publish a link; the people you share it with pick a time you are genuinely free, and the meeting is created on your calendar with both sides emailed. Availability is computed from free/busy times only. The calendar permission requested cannot return event titles, guests, or contents, and the only events edited are the ones it created. Neos Meet is in public beta. Accounts created during the beta get 3 months of any paid plan free; the terms are at https://meet.neos.network/beta. ## Plans - **Free** — $0. Personal Microsoft accounts (outlook.com, hotmail) can sign in and be conflict-checked, but cannot create Teams meetings, so those bookings carry whatever location you set. - Zoom — bring your own link. You paste it onto an event type and it rides every invite; the meeting is not created for you. - Apple / iCloud / CalDAV — not supported. ## Roadmap - **Outlook & Microsoft 365 calendars** (Shipped) — You can sign in with Microsoft and connect an Outlook / Microsoft 365 calendar for conflict-checking and booking, and new bookings get a Teams link automatically. You tick which calendars count towards conflicts, the same as on Google. One caveat we'd rather state than have you discover, and it is narrower than it was: Teams links need a work or school mailbox, because personal Microsoft accounts can't create Teams meetings. Those bookings carry whatever location you set instead. Work, school and personal accounts can all sign in and connect a calendar. - **Auto-created Zoom meetings** (Planned) — Teams meetings are now created for you on Outlook bookings, and Google Meet links always were. Zoom is the remaining gap: today you can paste your own Zoom link onto an event type and it rides every invite, but we don't create the meeting. That needs its own Zoom app and marketplace review, so it's a separate piece of work rather than a follow-on from the Microsoft one. - **Public API** (Exploring) — A documented API and webhooks so you can build on top of Neos Meet. We want it; we haven't committed a shape or a version yet, so we're calling it exploring rather than promising it. - **Mobile apps** (Exploring) — The booking page and dashboard are responsive and work in a mobile browser today. Dedicated iOS/Android apps and a browser extension are wanted but unscheduled — we'd rather ship the calendar breadth above first. - **SOC 2 & ISO 27001** (Exploring) — We publish what we do and don't have on the security page rather than claiming certifications we haven't earned. Formal SOC 2 Type 2 / ISO 27001 audits are a real cost for a small team; we'll pursue them as demand and resources make them honest, and we'll say when the clock starts. No delivery dates are published, deliberately. ## Questions ### How is Neos Meet different from Calendly? Three ways. Cheaper: our Team plan is $8/seat/mo — about half Calendly Teams — and our free plan includes unlimited event types and reminder emails, which Calendly charges for. Simpler: we do the round-robin and shared-link scheduling most teams actually use, without routing DSLs and CRM sprawl. Fairer: every price is published, trials need no card, and there are no renewal escalators. And underneath it all: we read only your free/busy times, never the contents of your events. The reason it can be all three: we're a deliberately small workshop, not a growth machine — staying small is what keeps the free plan real and the prices from escalating. ### Is the free plan actually useful? Yes — deliberately. Unlimited event types, unlimited 1-on-1 bookings, all your Google Calendars conflict-checked, confirmations and 24-hour reminders, custom booking questions, and one shared team booking link for up to 3 hosts. Most schedulers gate at least half of that. ### Do invitees need an account to book? No. Anyone can open your link and book a time in seconds — no login, no download. They just pick a slot and get an instant calendar invite with the Google Meet link included. ### Which calendars and video tools does it connect to? Google and Microsoft. On Google: conflict-checking across all your Google Calendars, and a Google Meet link added automatically to every video booking. On Microsoft: conflict-checking across the Outlook calendars you tick, and a Teams link created on every video booking — with one honest caveat, which is that Teams links need a work or school account. Personal accounts (outlook.com, hotmail.com) can sign in and be conflict-checked like any other, but Microsoft does not let them create Teams meetings, so those bookings carry whatever location you set instead. You can also point an event type at your own Zoom (or any) meeting link — it's carried into every invite, confirmation, and reminder, though we don't create Zoom meetings for you. Exchange on-premises, iCloud, and auto-created Zoom meetings are not supported. ### What happens when my team grows past 3? The free team link covers up to 3 hosts. Past that, the Team plan at $8/seat/mo adds round-robin and collective scheduling, shared team availability pages, and host pools up to 50 — still about half what Calendly charges for the same core features. ### Can I leave whenever I want? Yes, and without talking to anyone. Trials start without a card, you cancel or downgrade yourself in the billing portal, and the price on the pricing page is the price — no CPI-plus renewal escalators buried in the terms.
