Neos Meet is a meeting scheduler: you publish a booking link and people pick a time you're actually free — conflict-checked against your Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 mailbox, so nothing lands on top of what's already there. Free, permanently, with no card. Working with a team? One shared link covers up to 3 hosts, also free.
Free for teams up to 3 · Unlimited event types · No credit card
Works with your Google or Microsoft 365 account.
A 30-minute walkthrough of Neos Meet, tailored to how you actually schedule.
Neos Meet is a meeting scheduling application for individuals and teams. You connect your Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 mailbox and publish a booking link; the people you share it with pick a time you are genuinely free. Neos Meet reads your calendar's free/busy times to work out which slots to offer, then creates the meeting on your calendar and emails both sides the details. It never reads the titles, guests, or contents of your events, and it only edits the events it created for you.
Availability comes from your free/busy times — a Google permission that can't return titles, guests, or contents. We only touch the events we book for you.
01 — How it works
No seat management, no role setup, no email ping-pong. Invite once, share a link, and let Neos Meet handle the rest.
One trip through Google or Microsoft. From then on your booking page only ever offers times you're genuinely free — nothing lands on top of what's already there.
Put it in your email signature, or send it in the reply where you'd otherwise write "what times work for you?" Whoever gets it picks a slot and it's booked.
Google Meet links, confirmations, and reminders fire automatically. Everyone gets the invite and the nudge — no manual work.
Event types
Create tailored event types for demos, intro calls, interviews, or office hours — each with its own duration and booking questions. Unlimited on every plan, including free.
Confirmations & reminders
The moment someone books, Neos Meet sends a confirmation with the Google Meet link, then reminds everyone before it starts. Included free — a no-show shouldn't be a premium feature.
The 20% of features that do 80% of the work, done beautifully. No routing DSLs, no CRM sprawl.
One honest price, published on the page. Nothing important held back for a higher tier, no annual lock-in games, no add-on tax, no renewal escalators.
A working booking link in under two minutes — and a whole team live in one sitting when you need one.
The booking page your invitees compliment. Design is the felt difference from the tools they're used to.
02 — Integrations
Connect Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, or both — and on either one you tick which calendars get conflict-checked. We ask when you are busy, not what you are doing: no titles, no guests, no locations, on either provider. Exactly what we request from each, and which of those limits the API enforces versus which we hold ourselves to, is published on the security page. Google Meet and Teams links are created for you; a personal Microsoft account cannot create a Teams meeting — Microsoft's limit, not ours — so those bookings carry whatever location you set. Paste your own Zoom link and it rides every invite; auto-created Zoom meetings are still on the way, and we'll say so until they ship.
How booking works on Microsoft 365 →05 — Privacy & security
Your calendar is sensitive — so availability comes from Google's free/busy permission, which can't return event contents, and the events permission we hold is used only to place the bookings you accept. You sign in with Google, we never store your password, and you can revoke access anytime. Need SSO, audit logs, or a DPA? Talk to us.
06 — Pricing
Everything you need for your own booking link is free, permanently — no card, no trial clock. Pro is only for taking the "powered by" mark off. Reminders, unlimited event types, and the AI assistant are on every plan, including free.
14-day trials with no card required. Cancel or downgrade yourself anytime. No renewal escalators, ever.

Three ways. Cheaper: our Team plan is $8/seat/mo — about half Calendly Teams — and our free plan includes unlimited event types and reminder emails, which Calendly charges for. Simpler: we do the round-robin and shared-link scheduling most teams actually use, without routing DSLs and CRM sprawl. Fairer: every price is published, trials need no card, and there are no renewal escalators. And underneath it all: we read only your free/busy times, never the contents of your events. The reason it can be all three: we're a deliberately small workshop, not a growth machine — staying small is what keeps the free plan real and the prices from escalating.
Yes — deliberately. Unlimited event types, unlimited 1-on-1 bookings, all your Google Calendars conflict-checked, confirmations and 24-hour reminders, custom booking questions, and one shared team booking link for up to 3 hosts. Most schedulers gate at least half of that.
No. Anyone can open your link and book a time in seconds — no login, no download. They just pick a slot and get an instant calendar invite with the Google Meet link included.
Google and Microsoft. On Google: conflict-checking across all your Google Calendars, and a Google Meet link added automatically to every video booking. On Microsoft: conflict-checking across the Outlook calendars you tick, and a Teams link created on every video booking — with one honest caveat, which is that Teams links need a work or school account. Personal accounts (outlook.com, hotmail.com) can sign in and be conflict-checked like any other, but Microsoft does not let them create Teams meetings, so those bookings carry whatever location you set instead. You can also point an event type at your own Zoom (or any) meeting link — it's carried into every invite, confirmation, and reminder, though we don't create Zoom meetings for you. Exchange on-premises, iCloud, and auto-created Zoom meetings are not supported.
The free team link covers up to 3 hosts. Past that, the Team plan at $8/seat/mo adds round-robin and collective scheduling, shared team availability pages, and host pools up to 50 — still about half what Calendly charges for the same core features.
Yes, and without talking to anyone. Trials start without a card, you cancel or downgrade yourself in the billing portal, and the price on the pricing page is the price — no CPI-plus renewal escalators buried in the terms. We'd rather earn the renewal than automate it.
