The first 100
Founding members, permanently
The first 100 accounts to join the beta keep what is listed below for as long as the account exists. Joining is the only qualification — you do not have to subscribe, invite anyone, or say anything nice about us in public.
Marked on your account, for as long as the account exists. It is how we know who was here first, and it is what every perk we add later attaches to.
The price you first subscribe at is the price you keep for as long as you stay subscribed. No renewal escalators, no annual creep, no re-quote when the plan gets more expensive for everyone else.
New features reach the founding cohort before general release, and you can say no. Early access is an invitation, not an enrolment.
Your email reaches the people building this, not a queue. Every plan reaches the same people — being founding means we already know who you are.
We can add to this list. We cannot subtract from it.

Short, and in the same language we would use out loud. If something here surprises you later, we got it wrong — tell us and we will fix the page, not the excuse.
Who is a beta user
Anyone who creates a Neos Meet account while the beta is running. There is no code to enter, no waitlist, and no application to be accepted from. Your account records the date it was created, and that date is what every promise on this page attaches to.
3 months of any paid plan, free
Choose Pro, Team or Scale and the first three months cost nothing. The window opens the day you first subscribe, not the day you sign up — so you can stay on the Free plan as long as you like and still get the full three months whenever you are ready for a paid one.
One window per account, one plan at a time. Changing tier inside it does not restart the window or extend it; it changes which plan you are getting free. It replaces the 14-day trial rather than following it, because a trial is the thing a beta user no longer needs.
We email you before the window closes, not after. Cancel at any point inside it and you are charged nothing at all — there is no minimum term on the other side of the free months.
How you actually get it
Automatically, at checkout. Pick a paid plan and the three free months are already on it — there is no code to enter, nothing to ask us for, and no card step, because there is nothing to charge yet. You can see the window and its end date on your billing page from the moment it opens.
This is still a beta, so here is the fallback in writing: if a charge ever lands for a month this covers, email support@neos.network and we refund it in full. You will not have to argue for it, and we will not ask you to justify it.
The first 100
The first 100 accounts to join the beta are the founding cohort, and what they get is permanent: founding member status on the account, the price they first subscribe at held for as long as they stay subscribed, early access to what we build next, and a direct line to the people building it.
We can add to this list. We cannot subtract from it. Anything we add to the founding perks later applies to everyone already in the cohort, automatically, without anyone having to notice and ask.
When the 100 are taken we will say so on this page and email everyone who made it. We will not quietly keep counting.
What “beta” actually means here
It is the real service, not a sandbox. Real bookings, on your real calendar, with real invitees, and we run it like it matters — because for the person on the other end of your link, it does.
It also means some things are unfinished, some things will break, and we will occasionally change how something works while you are in the middle of using it. When we do, you get told; the changelog is the record.
What beta does not change: how your data is handled, which is the privacy policy in full; what we can see on your calendar, which is free/busy times and the events we create for you, and nothing else; and the covenant, which applies to a beta exactly as it applies to anything else we ship.
What we ask in return
Tell us when it breaks. That is the whole ask.
There is no case study to sit for, no logo we get to use, no reference call, and nothing on this page is conditional on you saying anything about us in public.
When the beta ends
We will announce the end at least 30 days ahead, in the changelog and by email. Accounts created after the announced end date are not beta accounts.
Ending the beta does not cut short a free window already running, does not change a held price, and does not revoke founding status. The programme closes to new entrants; it does not close on the people already in it.
These terms can only get stronger
Like the Terms of Service they sit under, this page is a one-way ratchet: we can add to what is promised here at any time, and we cannot weaken it for an account already in the programme.
Everything not covered here is governed by the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Where this page and those documents both speak, whichever is better for you wins.
What else applies
The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern the account itself, and the Neos Covenant — which the Terms incorporate by reference — applies to a beta exactly as it applies to anything else we ship. What is unfinished and what we have committed to next is on the roadmap; what has changed is in the changelog, dated.
