Pick which calendars we check — and a position we reversed the same day
Connecting Google used to cover that account's main calendar and nothing else. A second calendar inside the same account — a family calendar, a shared team calendar — was never checked, so a booking could land straight on top of it, and we never said so. That was the real defect and it is fixed: you can now see your calendars and tick the ones to check.
The part that belongs here rather than in a feature note is what we published in between. For a few hours this page's sibling copy said we deliberately would NOT ask Google for your calendar list, because it would tell us what your calendars are called and "we would rather not hold that". Then we asked for it. Reversing a published promise the same day it was published is exactly what §8 says we announce instead of quietly overwriting, so: we were wrong, and here is why. The restraint was real, but the entire price of it was paid by you — a hunt through Google's settings for a Calendar ID — in exchange for us not knowing that a calendar is called "Therapy". Read properly, the permission is non-sensitive, read-only, and returns names and ids with no ability to open a single event.
What did not change is the claim that carries the weight. Busy times still come from the free/busy permission, which Google keeps incapable of returning titles, guests or locations. We can now see what a calendar is called. We still cannot see what is in it. Existing connections keep working and will offer the list once you reconnect; until then you can still add a calendar by its address, which also remains the way to add one you have not subscribed to.

Refer a friend: give a month, get a month
Every account now has a referral link. When somebody signs up through it and completes their first booking, both of you get 1 month of any paid plan free, as a credit on your next invoice. There is no cap — refer two people or two hundred. Three parts of it are worth stating because they are the parts a promotion usually hides: it is earned on a first BOOKING rather than a signup, so an empty account earns nothing; it is enforced once per person by the database rather than by policy; and if you are on the Free plan when you earn it, the credit is held until you start a paid one rather than quietly dropped. Full terms at /referrals, and if we ever need to add a cap it will be announced here before it applies and will not touch credit already earned (§8).

The product now wears a BETA mark beside the wordmark on every surface, marketing and signed-in alike, above a strip that says the same thing in a sentence. Calling an unfinished thing finished is the ordinary way this goes wrong, so the mark is not dismissible and the terms behind it are published rather than implied: 3 months of any paid plan free for every account created during the beta, and permanent founding-member perks — status, a held price, early access, a direct line — for the first 100. The whole programme is at /beta, written as a one-way ratchet we can add to and cannot weaken for an account already in it (§8).

From here on, every feature we ship and every change to our covenant, terms, or privacy policy gets a dated entry explaining what changed and why — and, when a change came from something a person asked us for, a line crediting the conversation it came from. That is a promise we would rather you be able to catch us breaking (§1, §8) than one you have to take on faith.

Everything you put into Neos Meet comes back out in one click, in open documented JSON, on every plan including Free, and it keeps working after you cancel. Export is not a retention lever; it is a feature we maintain with the same care as booking (§3).

Leaving is a button, not a maze. Cancel is enabled the moment the panel opens, every exit-survey question is optional, and the survey is fire-and-forget so nothing it does can delay you leaving. There is no retention gauntlet, by construction (§5).
Security
Encrypted calendar tokens and the narrowest Google scopes we could ask for
Your Google refresh tokens are sealed with AES-256-GCM, and the app requests only freebusy and the events it creates on your behalf — never your event contents, never read access to your calendar. What we cannot see, we cannot lose, sell, or be subpoenaed for (§4).
