Branding
Take our name off your page.
$5/seat/mo, which is half of Calendly Standard at $10. And it comes off your notification emails as well as the page — the messages that actually reach the person you are meeting.
The half everyone forgets
A booking page is seen once, by someone who is already booking. The confirmation and reminder emails are seen twice, sit in an inbox, and get forwarded to whoever else is joining. That is where a vendor's name does its real advertising, and it is the half most schedulers keep. Removing branding here removes both. Our tier is $5/seat/mo against Calendly's Standard at $10/seat/mo, their lowest plan that clears the page. Competitor figure verified July 21, 2026; check theirs before you commit, and tell us if we have it wrong.
Three things this does not buy you.
It is not free. The free plan carries the mark, and we are not going to pretend otherwise on a page whose whole subject is the mark.
It is not a custom domain.Your link stays on meet.neos.network. We do not serve booking pages from your own domain at any price today. If that is what “white-label” means to you, this is not the product.
It is not a theming system. Your name, photo and descriptions are already on the page for everyone. This subtracts ours; it does not add a palette, a logo slot or custom CSS.
The questions people ask before paying for this.
A small “powered by Neos Meet” mark at the bottom of your booking page, and one line in the confirmation and reminder emails your invitees receive. It is not an interstitial, a splash screen, or a banner across the top, and nothing about the booking experience changes — same page, same timezone handling, same confirmations, paid or not.
Yes, and this is the part worth checking against whoever else you are comparing. Most schedulers clear the mark from the booking page and leave it in the transactional emails, which are the messages that actually reach the other person and get forwarded. Both go.
No, and that distinction matters before you buy. Your link stays on meet.neos.network — what changes is that our name comes off the page and the emails. If you need the booking page served from your own domain, we do not do that at any price today, and you should pick a tool that does rather than pay us and be disappointed.
Your name, your photo and your event descriptions appear on the page already, on every plan including free. What removing the branding does is subtract ours; it is not a theming system, and we would rather say so than let the word “white-label” do work it has not earned.
Because it is the thing we ask people to pay for instead of the things a scheduler usually gates. A shared team booking link is free here up to three hosts, where Calendly requires Teams for any team link at all. We put our paywall on our own name rather than on the feature that makes the product useful — and that is a defensible trade to disagree with, not a law.
Start free, keep the mark, and remove it whenever it starts to matter.
