What's next.

You can sign in with Microsoft and connect an Outlook / Microsoft 365 calendar for conflict-checking and booking, and new bookings get a Teams link automatically. You tick which calendars count towards conflicts, the same as on Google. One caveat we'd rather state than have you discover, and it is narrower than it was: Teams links need a work or school mailbox, because personal Microsoft accounts can't create Teams meetings. Those bookings carry whatever location you set instead. Work, school and personal accounts can all sign in and connect a calendar.

Teams meetings are now created for you on Outlook bookings, and Google Meet links always were. Zoom is the remaining gap: today you can paste your own Zoom link onto an event type and it rides every invite, but we don't create the meeting. That needs its own Zoom app and marketplace review, so it's a separate piece of work rather than a follow-on from the Microsoft one.

A documented API and webhooks so you can build on top of Neos Meet. We want it; we haven't committed a shape or a version yet, so we're calling it exploring rather than promising it.

The booking page and dashboard are responsive and work in a mobile browser today. Dedicated iOS/Android apps and a browser extension are wanted but unscheduled — we'd rather ship the calendar breadth above first.

We publish what we do and don't have on the security page rather than claiming certifications we haven't earned. Formal SOC 2 Type 2 / ISO 27001 audits are a real cost for a small team; we'll pursue them as demand and resources make them honest, and we'll say when the clock starts.
