Pricing
One axis. Honest numbers. Obvious math.
Everything most people need is free, permanently — no card and no trial clock. Paid tiers exist for exactly two things: taking the “powered by” mark off, and round-robin across a bigger team. Both are published per-seat prices with no renewal escalator, and Scale has a number instead of "call sales." Reminders, unlimited event types, and the AI assistant are on every plan.
Calendly list prices, annual billing, as of July 21, 2026 — from calendly.com/pricing.
A workshop, not a tower: no sales floor and no retention team to fund is a big part of why the price can stay this honest. See where the money goes →

What the paid tiers add.
Each one in plain words, so you can tell whether you need it before you pay for it.
Pro
$5/seat/mo, billed annuallyFor professionals who book all day. Everything in Free, plus:
- Remove Neos Meet branding
- Takes the “powered by” mark off your booking page and your notification emails — most schedulers only clear it from the page.
- Unlimited team booking links
- Run a separate shared link per team, service, or campaign instead of one.
Team
$8/seat/mo, billed annuallyFor teams that book together. Everything in Pro, plus:
- Round-robin scheduling
- Distribute bookings across a pool of hosts, so no one person absorbs every meeting.
- Shared team availability & booking pages
- One page for the whole team, with pooled hours rather than a link per person.
- Host pools up to 50 people
- The cap on how many hosts one shared link can rotate between.
- Email invites for teammates
- Paste a list of addresses and everyone is live on the team link in about a minute.
- Add-ons included
- Call Recorder (beta) and CRM when it lands, at no extra charge — there is no add-on tax here.
Scale
$12/seat/mo, billed annuallyFor orgs that need commitments. Everything in Team, plus:
- One-business-day support response, in writing
- The same people every plan reaches — Scale simply gets the response time contractually.
- Migration help from your current scheduler
- We rebuild your event types with you rather than handing you a docs link.
- Volume invoicing
- Pay by invoice on net terms instead of a card per seat.
27 features, every one of them shipped today. Anything we have not built yet is dated and status-marked on the roadmap, never listed here.
Comparing against Calendly? Round-robin is on Team at $8/seat/mo where theirs is gated to Teams at $16. See the full side-by-side, including the rows we lose →
Billing questions, answered plainly.
The things that usually turn up in the fine print. If something here surprises you later, we got it wrong.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial and we don't ask for a card to begin it. If you haven't added a payment method by the end of day 14, the subscription cancels itself and your account drops to Free — nothing is charged and no invoice appears later. Your handle, event types, availability, and existing bookings all keep working; only the paid entitlements stop. Add a card any time during the trial to continue without interruption. The trial is available once per customer, so cancelling and re-subscribing doesn't restart it.
How does per-seat billing work when hosts join or leave?
A seat is a distinct host across your active team booking links — you always count as at least one, and your own solo booking links never add seats. When a teammate is added or accepts an invite, your subscription quantity updates right away and Stripe prorates the difference for the rest of the period; removing a host works the same way in reverse. A nightly reconciliation job re-checks every active subscription against the real host count, so a failed update can't quietly over- or under-bill you.
Can I switch between monthly and annual, or between plans?
Yes, yourself, from the billing portal — no email, no sales call. Plan and interval changes are prorated: you're credited for the unused part of what you're on and charged the difference for what you're moving to. Annual billing is the lower per-seat rate shown above (up to 17% less than monthly), and it renews at the same published price you signed up at. There are no renewal escalators in our terms, ever. And if a published price ever does rise, everyone already subscribed keeps the price they signed up at for at least twelve months and hears it from us first — that's Covenant §2, and it holds whether you're billed monthly or annually.
How do I cancel?
From the billing portal, in two clicks, whenever you like. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, so you keep the paid features until then and there's no cancellation fee or exit interview. After that the account reverts to Free — it isn't deleted, and neither is anything in it.
What happens to my bookings if I downgrade to Free?
Bookings you already have are safe: existing meetings, their calendar invites, and the cancel/reschedule links your invitees hold are untouched by a plan change, and your booking page keeps taking bookings. What changes is what your links can do from that point on. Free includes one shared team booking link with up to 3 hosts, so a bigger host pool is trimmed back to that number and a round-robin link stops rotating and books you instead — nothing is deleted, and resubscribing restores the full pool exactly as you left it. The small "Powered by Neos Meet" line also returns to your booking pages.
What if a payment fails?
A declined card on renewal doesn't lock you out on the spot. Stripe retries the payment on its schedule and you keep your paid features for up to 14 days from the failure while that plays out. If it still hasn't gone through by then, the account resolves to Free until a payment succeeds — at which point everything switches back on automatically.
Do I need a credit card to use the free plan?
No. The Free plan requires no card at any point and doesn't expire. It includes unlimited event types, unlimited 1-on-1 bookings, all your Google Calendars conflict-checked, email confirmations and reminders, and one shared team booking link for up to 3 hosts.
Why is it this much cheaper? What's the catch?
There's no catch — the price is low because the company is small on purpose. We don't staff a floor of sales engineers, and we don't run a retention department whose job is to talk you out of leaving, so there's no such payroll baked into your bill. We build on commodity cloud infrastructure rather than a data centre we'd have to keep full. A scheduler doesn't need an army to keep it running well; it needs a few people to keep the grounds and answer the door, and that — plus the servers — is where your subscription goes. We write out roughly how it splits on our about page. Staying small is also why the free plan is genuinely useful and the prices don't escalate: there's no growth target pulling us to extract a little more each year.
Does a higher plan get faster support?
No. Every plan — Free included — reaches the same people through the same door, and there is no tier of customer whose questions wait at the back of the line. What Scale adds is not a faster queue but a written promise: a one-business-day support response, in writing, published in our terms so you can hold us to it. Everyone else reaches exactly those same people; the commitment is simply put in writing at the top plan.
Is tax included in these prices?
The prices shown are exclusive of tax — plus applicable tax, calculated at checkout from your billing address. Any sales tax or VAT is shown before you confirm, so the total you approve is the total you're charged. Everything is billed in USD.
