First login auto-creates your booking page: a handle, Mon–Fri 9–5 hours localized to your timezone, and a ready 30-minute event type. Before you configure anything, you can already take a booking.

Rebuild your event types (let the assistant do the typing)

Open each Calendly event type and recreate it — or paste descriptions like “30-min demo, weekday afternoons only, 15-min buffer after” into the AI setup assistant. It proposes the event types and hours, shows you the exact slots invitees would see, and saves nothing until you approve.

Invite your team in one paste

Paste teammates' emails; each connects a calendar and confirms hours. A shared team link is free for up to 3 hosts, so a small team can finish the whole switch without paying anything.

Swap the links people actually click

Update your email signature, your bio links, and anywhere you paste a scheduling link by hand. This is where most bookings come from — old Calendly links keep working for anything already scheduled.
