There isn't one on the free plan, but there is a ceiling. The shared team link holds up to 3 hosts and you get one of them. A second team link, or removing the "powered by" mark, is Pro at $5/seat/mo — Pro holds the same 3 hosts. A fourth teammate on the link is Team at $8/seat/mo, which is also where round-robin assignment lives. Everything else on the list above is free permanently, not free for fourteen days.

No. There is no clock on the free plan and no card to start it. A trial is a paid plan you have not been billed for yet; this is a plan you can stay on. If you never upgrade, nothing switches off and nothing starts nagging.

Because it is where the money is: a team link is the moment a single user becomes several paid seats, so it is the natural place to put a gate. Calendly requires Teams at $16/seat/mo for any team link at all. Cal.com's free plan is single-user, so a team link means their Teams plan at $12/seat/mo. We put the gate further up — at round-robin and at unlimited team links — because a two-person team sharing one link is not a business that should be paying anybody yet.

Yes — email confirmations and 24-hour reminders, on every plan. This is worth naming because it is the most common thing to be surprised by elsewhere: Calendly's automated reminders are Workflows, which start at their Standard tier.

Yes — Microsoft 365 work or school, and personal outlook.com or hotmail.com calendars too. You tick which calendars get conflict-checked, and video bookings get a Teams link on work and school accounts. Personal accounts sign in and get conflict-checked the same way; the only thing they cannot do is create the Teams meeting, so those bookings carry whatever location you set instead. Google Calendar works on the free plan too, and you can connect both.

A clean booking page at your own handle, with a “powered by Neos Meet” mark on the page and the confirmation emails. Removing that mark is what Pro buys. Nothing else about the invitee's experience changes between plans — they get the same page, the same timezone handling, and the same confirmations whether you pay us or not.
