These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of meet.neos.network (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
meet is a scheduling tool that lets hosts publish booking links and lets invitees reserve time. When connected to your Google Calendar, the Service reads your availability and creates calendar events, including Google Meet video links, for confirmed bookings.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your Google sign-in secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful scheduling purposes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access data that is not yours, send spam or unsolicited invitations, or use it in violation of any applicable law or the rights of others.
Google Calendar
When you connect Google Calendar, you authorize the Service to read your free/busy information and to create, update, and cancel events related to your bookings. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms. You can revoke access at any time from your settings or from your Google Account.
Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for reliable scheduling but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, meet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed meetings, lost data, or scheduling errors arising from your use of the Service.
