What this edition changed

Added the no-escalator price commitment and clarified renewal, cancellation, and change-notice terms.

The fees section was expanded to state plainly that these Terms contain no automatic price escalator, and the renewal, cancellation, past-due grace, and change-of-terms sections were written out in full so the commitments the rest of the site points at have binding text behind them.
