When you should pick someone else.
Neos Meet is a deliberately small scheduler, and small means missing things. Here is the list of requirements it does not meet, and which tool to look at for each one. If any row is a hard requirement for you, stop reading and go there — it is cheaper for both of us to find that out now than after you have moved your links.

Doodle, Microsoft Bookings and Koalendar are missing from that last column on purpose. Each publishes pricing we could not read reliably — one renders its prices in the browser under internal plan codes, one is bundled into a larger suite rather than sold on its own, and one shows a struck-through list price beside the discounted one, which a text read merges into a number no plan actually charges. We have published a wrong number about a competitor before, from exactly this situation, and corrected it out loud. So they stay unnamed until someone here has read the page with their own eyes. Being unverifiable is not the same as being absent.

Three cases, each one checkable against the table above.
A team of three or fewer that needs one shared link
Of the schedulers we hold vendor-read figures for, none includes a shared team booking link on a free plan: Cal.com's free tier is single-user, Zcal gates team features to Pro, SavvyCal has no free plan at all, and Calendly gates round-robin to Teams. Ours covers 3 hosts at $0 with collective scheduling. Round-robin is not free here either — it starts at Team, $8/seat/mo — and if round-robin specifically is what you need, Zcal carries it on Pro at $7, below our price at every team size.
Round-robin without an enterprise tier attached
Round-robin is $8/seat/mo here against $16 on Calendly Teams. It is not the cheapest on the market — SavvyCal includes round-robin on its Basic plan at $10, and Zcal on Pro at $7 — so if round-robin is the only thing you need, price it against those two as well.
You want to be able to check what you were told
The price on the page is the price, with no renewal escalator; the calendar permission requested cannot return event titles, guests, or contents; and the export is one click and stays free after you cancel. Each of those is written down as a covenant clause you can hold us to rather than a value on an about page.
If you are leaving, we would rather help
